     Malachi Haines, Sr., an alumnus of Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas is the founder of the Malachi Law Group, PLLC located in the North Dallas Area in Texas.  For over 20 years, Attorney Haines faithfully served in a variety of Educational and Human Service arenas, ranging from Secondary Education instructor, Principal, Special Educational/Consultant/Advocate, to Co-founding a Charter School.  

 

     Holding a Masters’ Degree in Special Education and a MBA, Mr. Haines has a penchant for innovative strategies that meet the unique needs of his clients, especially individuals with disabilities.  As a licensed Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities advocate, Mr. Haines consulted in Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) Sessions and brilliantly devised a proprietary holistic transitional plan for Adults with Disabilities including brain injury. 

 

     As a licensed Texas Attorney, Mr. Haines continues to passionately and zealously advocate for his clients ensuring that they receive all they deserve. Mr. Haines is highly experienced in Personal Injury, Family Law matters, and Civil Litigation; effectively serving the counties of Collin, Dallas, Tarrant and Denton and is available statewide.
